By placing an order on stbarthsartprints.com, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Products
The products available for sale are those listed on the website at the time of the user's visit. Each item includes a description outlining its essential characteristics. Visual representations are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee perfect similarity with the final product, especially regarding colors.
3. Prices
Prices are listed in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT included).
The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, items will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed. Shipping fees are shown before order confirmation and vary based on destination.
4. Ordering Process
The order process includes the following steps:

Once the order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the Client's provided email address.
5. Payment
Payment is made online via secure methods such as credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) or other options available through Shopify. The order is considered final once full payment has been received.
6. Shipping
If your country is not listed among our shipping destinations, feel free to contact us at claire@stbarthsartprints.com.
Processing Time:
Orders are generally processed within 2 to 5 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination and time of year (e.g., delays may occur around Christmas or Thanksgiving).
Pre-Orders:
By purchasing a pre-order item, the customer acknowledges that shipping will occur only after the item is produced.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and vary depending on the delivery destination and shipping method selected.
Delivery Issues:
If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time (over 30 days), please contact us at claire@stbarthsartprints.com.
In case of loss, damage, or incorrect items, the Client must contact us within 30 days of receipt to request a replacement. A photo of the damaged item may be required.
7. Intellectual Property
All elements on the stbarthsartprints.com website (texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software, etc.) are protected under the French Intellectual Property Code and remain the exclusive property of the Seller.
In accordance with Article L.122-4 of the Intellectual Property Code, any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission, or distortion—whether partial or total—of the website or its content, by any means or on any medium, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use of any site content constitutes infringement and may lead to civil and/or criminal proceedings.

9. Governing Law – Disputes

10. Print-on-Demand Products
All artworks available on stbarthsartprints.com are produced on demand, based on the options selected (size, paper, framing, etc.).
This means:

No stock: Each print is made to order.

Production time: 5 to 10 business days, depending on the artist’s and print partner’s workload.

Delivery time: 5 to 10 business days depending on the destination.
